A good friend of mine referred us to Heather when we needed to quickly sell our house and move across the country. Heather helped us from start to finish, going above and beyond while we were out of state. The house sold in record time. And she helped us weather some hiccups with the contractor we hired to fix some inspection issues. All in all we couldn’t have done this without her patient and kind guidance. I don’t give out compliments often, and write reviews even more rarely but she deserves both!

Heather is not only a kind and caring person, she does everything she can to make her clients happy. She is approachable and available through every step of the entire process. Heather is AMAZING!! She is a full-service realtor PLUS. She guided us through the process of understanding the market when listing our house - something we had not done for 25 years. Since we were moving to a new-construction home we had several months to wait before listing. During this time Heather kept us updated on the market conditions and she obtained her professional staging certification. She oversaw and advised us regarding how to best showcase our house. She was always available for questions; responding immediately. The weekend of listing we had over 30 showings in 2 days. She managed the questions and feedback from all the showings, keeping us and potential buyers informed and updated. She negotiated an offer well over list price and also obtained an agreement which allowed us to stay in our house until our new home was completed; thereby avoiding a double move.
